The "Rapid Response Team" is able to offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, based upon physician's orders. Our therapists are educated in YOUR physician's protocals. Patients will receive continuing care from the same physical therapist after the initial assessment, who will design a home exercise program specifically for you.
Orthopedic rehabilitaion programs include: range of motion, gait training, strengthening exercises, activites of daily living, fall risk prevention, balance, and equipment evaluation and training. |
